Emily Bassel

Emily Bassel is a Roadway Design Engineer in Training at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc. since March 2019. Previous experience includes a civil engineering internship at Kimley-Horn focusing on land development for industrial projects and an aviation engineering internship at RS&H, where Emily collaborated with engineers on design corrections, cost estimates, and technical report editing. Additionally, Emily completed a University Transportation Center undergraduate internship at The University of Texas at Austin, assisting in research on pavement roughness using specialized software for the Texas Department of Transportation. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2018.
