Ramey & Associates, Inc. Previously, Joseph held positions as a Project Manager at TBE Group, Inc. and NTB & Associates, and worked as a Project Engineer at McManus Consulting Engineers. Joseph's military background includes serving as a captain in the Texas Army Reserves and as both an enlisted member and officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard, with a focus on combat heavy roles. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, completing studies in 1995, and attended Airline High School from 1986 to 1989.
