Metha Pradiskesorn

Metha Pradiskesorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management across Southeast Asia and broader APAC regions. Currently serving as the Managing Director for LINAK since July 2025, Metha has a proven track record of leading organizations and driving sales initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Optinova Group, where Metha oversaw expansion across multiple regions, and various positions at Ingersoll Rand, including Country Manager for Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, as well as roles focused on HVAC and transport refrigeration systems. Metha began a career at ABB and GE Capital, developing expertise in underground cable systems and sales leadership. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University and a second MBA in Marketing from Assumption University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
