Curtis Taylor

Mr. Taylor has over 35 years of industry experience supporting Human Space Flight, Technology Development, Army Missile Programs and Commercial Nuclear Power. Presently he is Founder, CEO and President of Linc Research, Inc.; an SBA certified HUBZone Company.

27 of the 35 years of his experience have been with NASA MSFC where he was a manager for critical Space Shuttle flight hardware and the Solid Rocket Booster Certificate of Flight Readiness (CoFR) process. He also managed technologists and engineers for In-Space Propulsion Technology; NanoSail-D and FASTSAT. He has received two Space Flight Awareness Awards, MSFC’s first One NASA Peer Team Award and the MSFC Directors Commendation Award in addition to numerous team awards. He has also received local and national awards for Community Leadership. He is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Alabama’s Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics. He is the Vice-Chair of the MSFC Small Business Executive Leadership Team and a member of NASA HQ’s NASA Industry Forum. He is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville Madison County and Leadership Alabama. He has been on the BOD for Leadership Huntsville/Madison County, United Way, and The Arts Council. Mr. Taylor is now successfully utilizing his experience and skill sets to lead Linc Research in RDT&E, Technology Development/Adaptation and Program Management for NASA and the commercial sector.

Mr. Taylor holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama and has conducted graduate work in Materials Engineering from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and Management of Technology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He was selected as a University of Alabama Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics Distinguished Fellow.
