Eddie Peña has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Edwin "Eddie" began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Private and eventually achieved the rank of Captain. During their time in the Marines, they held various leadership positions and led Marines in combat during the initial invasion of Iraq in OIF I.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Eddie joined the Marine Corps Systems Command as a SWAN/VSAT Project Officer. In this role, they managed multiple satellite communication programs and worked closely with headquarters to translate operational requirements into system performance specifications. Edwin "Eddie" also had oversight of a significant budget for the projects they directly oversaw.

Eddie then moved on to Nexagen Networks, where they served as the VP of Enterprise Solutions. Edwin "Eddie"'sresponsibilities included program management and business development for Marine Corps programs. Edwin "Eddie" also led a team of equipment specialists to support various programs for PM MC3.

Currently, Eddie is the CEO of Linchpin Solutions, Inc., a Sales Augmentation and Lifecycle Logistics Support firm focused on the tactical C4ISR marketplace. In this role, they act as an organic but independent sales agent, providing a structured and results-oriented approach to selling solutions in the DOD/Federal market.

Throughout their career, Eddie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, an ability to manage budgets, and a proficiency in program management and business development. Edwin "Eddie"'sexperience in both the military and private sector has equipped him with a diverse skill set that enables him to excel in their current role.

Edwin "Eddie" Peña earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1997 and 2001. Edwin "Eddie" later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, completing their studies in the years 2005 to 2007.
