James Catello

James Catello's work experience begins in 2012 as a US Army Armor Crewman, where they operated and maintained an Abrams main battle tank and trained soldiers. In 2015, they joined the Army National Guard as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer until 2022. Concurrently, they worked at Rutgers University from 2016 to 2019 as a Lab & Residential Consultant at the Office of Information Technology. In 2021, they joined Linchpin Solutions, Inc. as a SMART-T Help Desk Technician before transitioning to the role of SMART-T Software Test Engineer. Starting from 2022, they are employed in the US Army as a Signal Platoon Leader.

James Catello obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, where they pursued a double major in Information Technology and Political Science from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in June 2022.
