Prashant Shah

Prashant Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prashant'smost recent role is as Chief Operating Officer at Lincode, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at DataFuturity Solutions LLP from January 2021.

From 2013 to 2020, Prashant held various roles at Prime Focus Technologies (PFT), where they contributed to the growth of the Digital Media Services Business unit. Prashant was instrumental in spearheading efficiency improvements for the award-winning cloud software CLEARTM and also built and operated starsports. During their tenure at PFT, Prashant held positions such as Sr. Vice President and Vice President - Deployment and Support.

Before joining PFT, Prashant worked at Subex Ltd from 2003 to 2013. During this time, they served as Sr. Director, Global Support, overseeing roadmap product versions, engineering implementation, and L3 support for the Fraud management product. Prashant also seamlessly integrated FMS acquisitions and streamlined processes to ensure minimal impact to customers. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Project Manager at Subex Ltd.

Prashant's work experience also includes a role as Project Manager at Apogee Networks from 2000 to 2003. Here, they set up and managed the infrastructure and coordinated with the US office for program initiatives.

Early in their career, Prashant worked as a Software Development Consultant at CSSC from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they played a lead role in managing various modules for a system developed for Publishing Houses called TOPS. Prashant interacted with clients, performed requirements analysis, provided solutions, and contributed to the documentation, maintenance, and quality control of the application software.

Prashant started their career as a Software Engineer at CMC Ltd in 1994. Here, they designed, developed, and prepared program specifications for modules addressing the computerization of loans and investments for Life Insurance Corporation of India and Industrial Development Bank of India.

Prashant Shah received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from NYSS, Bombay University in 1993. Prashant then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick between 1999 and 2002.
