Michael Carloni serves as Vice President, Director of Deposit Operations and BSA at Lincoln 1st Bank. He manages and oversees deposit and banking operations, and product development. He is also instrumental in the development of the Bank’s strategic plan to ensure continued growth in these areas. Mr. Carloni joined Lincoln 1st Bank in 2005. Since graduating from Kean University in 2007, he has held a variety of positions at the Bank, including Branch Manager and BSA Officer.
