Russell Condas

Russell Condas has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Russell is currently the Senior Vice President of Development at Lincoln Avenue Capital since December 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Dominium for nine years, starting as a Development Associate in September 2011 and working their way up to Senior Development Associate. Russell also served as a Developer at Dominium from February 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Dominium, Russell worked at SKE Development Company as the Director of Acquisitions from August 2010 to August 2011. Russell began their career as an Intern at Holmes Homes Real Estate Development and Step Stone Real Estate Services in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Russell's experience includes various responsibilities such as due diligence, negotiation, acquisition, management, leasing, development, market analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, project management, and real estate consulting.

Russell Condas completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of San Diego, attending from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they also pursued another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate, and participated in the Semester at Sea program in 2008, where they studied Finance and Real Estate. Russell then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, attending from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Russell attended Judge Memorial Catholic High School from 2002 to 2006.
