Kris Chernavage

Kris Chernavage has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Manager for Lincoln Behavioral Services since August 1990, overseeing HR operations, payroll, benefit administration, employment law compliance, and employee relations for a workforce of over 200 employees. Previous roles include HR Manager at Thirty-One Gifts from April 2012 to January 2020 and Senior Consultant focused on sales, recruiting, and customer service. Kris also contributed as a Board Member for the Redford Chamber of Commerce and the Commission on Children's Issues, along with serving as the Civic Service Commission Chairperson for Redford Township. Early career experience includes working as an Office Manager for ICAM Technologies. Kris holds a PHR certification from HRCI, an education in Human Resources Management from Eastern Michigan University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from Schoolcraft College, complemented by SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
