Erin Lunsford Norton currently serves as the Associate Director for the Festival Orchestra & Special Projects at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, overseeing artistic planning and operations since September 2025. Previously, Erin held the position of Vice President of Artistic Planning at New Jersey Symphony, where responsibilities included programming and implementing mainstage programs from August 2022 to September 2025. Prior roles include Artistic Planning Manager at North Carolina Symphony, focusing on both non-classical and classical programming, and Artist Logistics Coordinator at Utah Symphony | Utah Opera, managing guest artist logistics. Erin's career began with various roles in arts management, including positions at Grand Teton Music Festival and Carolina Performing Arts, alongside internships at the National Endowment for the Arts and the UNC Music Department. Erin earned a Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015.
