Joe Grandy has a diverse work experience in the performing arts industry. Joe is currently the Director of Business Development and Innovation at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Previously, they served as the Co Producer of The Prom Musical Broadway, where they were involved in the production that won the Drama Desk for Best Musical and received Tony Award nominations. Joe also worked as the Executive Producer at CAPE COD CENTER FOR THE ARTS INC, overseeing all business aspects of the non-profit theater and developing marketing and press plans for a 6-show season. In addition, Joe Grandy was a Producing Associate at The Prom Musical, where they played a key role in establishing industry partnerships and creating a student sponsorship program for Broadway tickets.

Joe Grandy has a diverse education history. Joe completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre at Syracuse University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained certification as an Actor from the Actors' Equity Association.
