Maya Deschenes

Maya Deschenes is an accomplished event manager and guest experience professional with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. Currently serving as Event Manager for Guest Experience at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts since April 2021, Maya leads front of house operations for all LCPA venues and is the lead manager for the Summer for the City Festival. Prior roles at Lincoln Center include Guest Experience Coordinator and COVID-19 Compliance Officer, as well as Front of House Coordinator and Intern, overseeing staff management, scheduling, and event coordination. Maya's background also includes positions at The Public Theater and Hofstra University Admissions, where communication and customer service were key responsibilities. Maya holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama Performance from Hofstra University.
