Melique Jones

Melique Jones is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Previously, Melique served as the Chief Talent Pipeline & DEI Officer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates for over 16 years. With a background in journalism and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Melique has extensive experience in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as communications and leadership development in various high-profile organizations such as Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal.
