Ray Schilke

Ray Schilke is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business management and live sound engineering. As a Co-Owner of Filé Gumbo Bar in TriBeca since August 2021, Ray focuses on delivering Cajun/Creole cuisine with an "Ocean to Table" concept. In addition, Ray has owned Ins & Outs since August 1989, overseeing daily operations, bookkeeping, and payroll. With experience as a Live Sound Engineer at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts since September 2018 and previously as the Owner of The Berkshire Music Hall from October 2003 to July 2005, Ray has a solid foundation in sound engineering, having also worked as a Sound Engineer on Broadway from January 1992 to December 2004. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Design with a focus on Art History from the State University of New York at Oswego, earned between 1980 and 1984.
