Seánan F.

Seánan F. is a multifaceted educator and artist currently serving as a Teaching Artist at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts since July 2023 and at Community-Word Project since September 2021. Seánan also leads a teacher-training course on mindfulness for children with The Interdependence Project and offers meditation teacher training. Freelance work includes roles as a book doula, food, drink, and travel writer/photographer, storytelling performer, writing coach, and copy editor. Previous experience encompasses teaching acting and writing in various educational settings and serving as a volunteer facilitator for restorative justice circles. Seánan holds multiple degrees from Goldsmiths, University of London and has distinct qualifications in mindfulness and trauma-aware movement teaching.
