Kaaron Briscoe

Interim Artistic Director at Lincoln Center Theater

Kaaron Briscoe is an accomplished theater professional with extensive experience in various roles within the arts community. Currently serving as the Interim Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Director of LCT3 at Lincoln Center Theater since March 2022, Kaaron has also been self-employed as a writer, director, and performer since September 1996. Previous positions include Project Manager for the Women's Forum of New York (June 2020 - March 2022) and Teaching Artist for diverse organizations from September 1999 to February 2022, specializing in acting, playwriting, and basic design skills for students from pre-K to high school. Kaaron was President Emerita of the American Repertory Theater Institute Alumni Association (April 2014 - September 2017) and served as a Ranger for Friends of the High Line (2009 - 2011). Kaaron's educational credentials include an MFA in Acting from Harvard University/MXAT, a BA in Acting from Florida State University, and a certificate as a Teaching Artist from Teachers College, Columbia University.
