Crystal Smiley has a diverse work experience, primarily in human resources. Crystal worked as the Human Resources Director at Lincoln Child Center from 2014. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Hospice of the East Bay, including Human Resources Director from 2009 to 2013, Human Resources Manager from 2008 to 2009, and Recruiter from 2007 to 2008. Crystal also worked as an Independent Sales Director for The Pampered Chef from 2003 to 2007 and as a Training Consultant for BrassRing from 2004 to 2006. In addition, they had roles in human resources at Palm, Inc. from 2001 to 2004 and at PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2001. Crystal started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Kelly Services in 1998.
Crystal Smiley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Crystal also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2009.
