Micheal Boateng

Micheal Boateng has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. Micheal began their career in 2004 as a System Administrator for Softwarehouse International. In 2010, they moved to GLOBAL ACCESS SAVINGS AND LOANS as an IT Manager. In 2017, they joined Nordea as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. In 2018, they became a Help Desk Support Engineer at RiverSpring Health featuring the Hebrew Home at Riverdale. Micheal is currently employed as a Network Engineer at Lincoln IT.

Micheal Boateng holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Monroe College and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. Micheal has also obtained certifications from Cisco and CompTIA, including Understanding of Cisco Network Devices in February 2020, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core in June 2021, CompTIA Network+ in May 2021, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) in February 2020.
