David Collier

David Collier currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Lincoln County since July 2021. Prior to this role, David was the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Lane Transit District from June 2004 to July 2021, where responsibilities included the leadership of HR programs. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Oregon.
