Emmanuel Cheffert

Emmanuel Cheffert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and customer care. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at Lincoln Electric since July 2012, Emmanuel has achieved significant improvements, including a 20% reduction in customer service overhead costs and optimization of inventory procedures. Previous roles include Director of Purchasing Integration, where Emmanuel led critical supply chain integration efforts following the acquisition of Air Liquide Welding, and EMEA Supply Chain Manager, driving a strategic shift from a “push” to a “pull” supply chain approach. With a solid foundation in consulting from Sopra Consulting and Newton Vaureal Consulting, alongside early career positions in the Essilor Group, Emmanuel holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Science in Physics, Optics, and Materials from Université Paris Jussieu.
