Peter Pletcher

Mr. Pletcher joined Lincoln Electric in 1995 and has held leadership positions in sales, applications engineering, marketing, product development, and operations. He now serves as Senior Vice President, President International, where he oversees the Company’s business in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and serves as a member of the global executive team. Previously, he led European operations and the Company’s automation business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from LeTourneau University, an MBA from Rutgers University, and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management program, as well as Lincoln's International Business Development program at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
