Sam Phillips

Sam Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the welding and manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Global Industry Segment Director for Pipelines at Lincoln Electric since February 2011. In this role, Sam oversees the strategic direction of the pipeline segment, identifying challenges and opportunities while delivering tailored solutions to commercial teams worldwide. Prior to this position, Sam held various roles within Lincoln Electric, including International Sales Manager for North American Exports, Key Account Specialist, and Technical Sales Representative, where significant contributions were made to facilitate growth and establish strong customer relationships. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at UltimateAir Inc. and a Student Manager at Ohio University. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Industrial Technology from Ohio University.
