Tesse Ruhlman has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and previously holding roles including Director of Compensation and Global Compensation Manager at Lincoln Electric since April 2010. Prior to this, Tesse worked as a Senior Risk Consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP from 2007 to 2010. Tesse holds an MBA and a Master of Accountancy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kent State University.
