Allison Green Johnson

Allison Green Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Lincoln Financial Group since November 2009. In addition to this role, Allison holds the position of President of the Lincoln Financial Foundation and has led various initiatives related to culture, engagement, and employee participation. Prior to Lincoln Financial Group, Allison worked at Wyeth as Corporate Director of Diversity and Inclusion and spent seven years at Vanguard in human resources. Allison's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Howard University.
