Carolyn McGovern

Carolyn McGovern currently serves as Vice President of Life & Annuity Claims and Regulatory Controls at Lincoln Financial Group, a position held since September 2007, where responsibilities include managing individual life, annuity, and long-term care claims alongside regulatory controls and operational support. Previous roles at Lincoln include oversight of life insurance operations across multiple sites, the establishment of a comprehensive claims function, transformation of customer experience through a unified call center, and development of strategies to enhance customer service. Prior to Lincoln Financial Group, Carolyn McGovern worked at Prudential Financial as a Customer Service Manager and participated in a Leadership Development Program. Carolyn holds an MBA in Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
