Deborah Graeber is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Lincoln Financial Group since May 2018, Deborah spearheads the technical integration following the acquisition of Liberty Mutual Benefits Group Protection. Prior to this role, Deborah held several leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Vice President of Solutions Design & Product Delivery and Senior Director of Information Technology for Liberty Life Insurance, where a $10B asset management was overseen. Deborah also served as Vice President of Product Development and Chief Information Officer at John Hancock Financial Services, and held leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, focusing on stock plan services and product development. Deborah earned a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and completed an executive education course at Wharton in 2001.
