Diane C. Russell

Diane C. Russell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and business strategy within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The Judge Group since November 2021, Diane previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Marketing and Customer Strategy at Lincoln Financial Group, where responsibilities included driving marketing initiatives, developing business strategy, and enhancing customer experience for the Group Protection business. Prior roles at Lincoln Financial Group also encompassed leadership in partner development and integrated marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes a tenure at CIGNA as Vice President of Product Development and Management, contributing to the strategic direction of group business offerings.
