Frank Zhang

Frank Zhang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in market risk strategy and actuarial sciences. Currently serving as VP and Head of Market Risk Strategy at Lincoln Financial Group since January 2021, Zhang manages derivatives hedging programs across various financial products. Prior roles include Vice President of Product Development and Pricing at Annexus Group, where innovative retirement solutions were developed, and Lead Actuary at Brighthouse Financial, implementing key regulatory reforms in annuity valuation. Additionally, Zhang held significant positions at MetLife as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and at Pacific Life as Vice President, leading financial risk management and developing advanced hedging programs. Zhang holds a Master's degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
