John Carpentier

John Carpentier is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in driving technology initiatives and data integration solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the AVP and Value Stream IT Lead for Partner Data Enablement at Lincoln Financial Group since May 2018, John defines architectural visions that leverage cloud and AI technologies. Previous roles include Director of Customer Onboarding Technology, where John managed large-scale integrations and led technology modernization, and Application Portfolio Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing custom reporting for national clients. Early career experiences at Delhaize Group and Hannaford Bros. Co. involved strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, and project management.
