Joshua Sutter

Joshua Sutter is an experienced professional in commercial real estate and mortgage investments, currently serving as Assistant Vice President & Senior Director at Lincoln Financial Group since March 2013. Sutter is one of three team leads responsible for evaluating and selecting investments for a $16 billion institutional portfolio, having evaluated over 4,125 deals totaling $3.4 billion in transaction volume. Sutter also has a background as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has held progressive roles in property and corporate management at The Landura Companies, overseeing multifamily portfolios across nine states. Sutter holds a Bachelor of Economics in International Business & Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Philosophy from Western Carolina University.
