Kenneth S. Solon

Kenneth Solon is currently the EVP, CIO & Head of Digital at Lincoln Financial Group. Prior to this, they were with Prudential Financial for nine years, where they were Vice President Customer Service Exec. Before that, they spent thirteen years at JP Morgan Chase in various senior executive positions responsible for operations and technology for different lines of business. Solon has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and is a expert in operations and technology.

Kenneth Solon earned a BSME from the University of Delaware in Mechanical Engineering.

Kenneth S. Solon reports to Dennis R. Glass, President & CEO. They are on a team with Ellen Cooper - EVP & Chief Investment Officer, Jen Warne - EVP, Chief People Officer, and Craig T. Beazer - EVP & General Counsel.
