Kush Pathak

Kush Pathak currently serves as VP of Business Transformation and Strategic Vendor Management at Lincoln Financial Group since September 2023. Prior to this, Kush held the position of HR Tech Strategy and Transformation Leader at Capital One for one year. From February 2016 to August 2022, Kush was the AVP of the Business Transformation Office at The Standard, focusing on business transformation and operational excellence. Between June 2012 and January 2016, Kush was the Director of Business Transformation Consulting at Nationwide, responsible for establishing a consulting function and leading strategic planning and transformation initiatives. Kush's earlier experience includes working as Consulting Engagement Manager at JPMorgan Chase from February 2006 to June 2012, managing consulting teams servicing various operations within the consumer bank. Kush holds an MBA in Operations and Logistics and an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
