Megan Mulka

Megan Mulka is an experienced professional in the field of total rewards and human resources, currently serving as AVP of Total Rewards at Lincoln Financial Group. Previously, Megan held roles including Senior Consultant and Senior Wellness Program Manager, as well as various consulting positions focusing on human resources. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Megan contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Villanova University.
