Megan Rock

Megan Rock has over a decade of experience at Lincoln Financial Group, currently serving as the AVP of Talent - Leadership Development, with prior roles including Senior Talent Consultant and Training Specialist. Responsibilities include training new employees, consulting with business departments on training needs, and developing training materials to align with organizational goals. Megan has a background in medical office management from John Ippoloito, MD PC, and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services Administration from Buena Vista University, in addition to an Associate of Science in Pre-Nursing Studies from Iowa Western Community College.
