Michelle Decarlo

Michelle DeCarlo is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple companies. From June 2016 to October 2021, Michelle served at Lincoln Financial Group as Divisional CIO and Co-Lead of Enterprise AI, as well as Senior Vice President and Vice President overseeing Technology Engineering Delivery Practices. Prior to that, Michelle held various VP positions at Capital One from October 2012 to May 2016, focusing on resiliency, transformation, and quality engineering. Michelle's career began at JP Morgan Chase, where roles included Chief Quality Officer and QA Technology Director. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Technology at BDP International and numerous functions at AT&T, including participation in the Continuous Leadership Program. Michelle holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and an Executive Leadership Certification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
