Nandita Dalal

Nandita Dalal is an accomplished marketing and customer strategy leader with extensive experience in the financial and insurance industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Strategy at Principal Financial Group, Nandita leads initiatives to transform customer experiences and foster a customer-centric culture. Previously, Nandita held multiple senior roles at Lincoln Financial Group, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Marketing and Vice President of Marketing & Customer Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing operations and driving consumer-focused strategies. Nandita also directed customer experience and marketing efforts at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and managed direct-to-consumer marketing strategies at Mutual of Omaha. Nandita's early career included significant marketing roles at Oriental Trading Company and Knowledge Based Systems Inc. Nandita holds an MBA in Marketing from Radford University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Statistics from Gujarat University.
