Pooja J.

Pooja J. has extensive experience in product ownership, data management, and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner for the Data Value Stream at Lincoln Financial Group since November 2013. Pooja has also held roles as a Technical Product Owner and Business Systems Analyst, demonstrating a strong capability in technical requirements, workflow improvements, and data curation. In addition, Pooja is a Consultant and Leadership Coach at ITM Group of Institutions and co-founded the Centre for Integral Learning and Action. Pooja's literary contributions include authorship of a collection of prayers, affirmations, and poems, while previous roles in mental health counseling and marketing analytics further enrich a diverse professional background.
