Rayza Spaulding

Rayza Spaulding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and planning. At Lincoln Financial Group, Rayza has held several key positions, including Chief of Staff & Planning, Assistant Vice President for Budget & Expense Analysis, and Director for Budget & Expense Analysis. Prior to this, Rayza worked as a Consultant for Internal Controls at Lincoln Financial Group and as an Advisory Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Rayza Spaulding earned a Master of Professional Accountancy Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing the master's program in 2014 and the bachelor's program in 2013.
