Ron Holinsky

Ron Holinsky is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and compliance. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law since January 2022, Holinsky imparts knowledge on the Law of Investment Management. Since September 2013, Holinsky has held multiple senior roles at Lincoln Financial Group, including Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Investment Management. Additionally, Holinsky serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Lincoln Variable Insurance Products Trust. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Janney Capital Management LLC and Janney Montgomery Scott, as well as vital roles at Legg Mason Investor Services, K&L Gates LLP, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Holinsky holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BSBA in Finance from West Virginia University.
