Stephanie Gagnon

Stephanie Gagnon has over a decade of experience in various roles at Lincoln Financial Group, currently serving as the Director of HR Security, Risk, and Vendor Management. Gagnon has managed the Scaled Agile portfolio for a voice/chatbot program, collaborating with stakeholders and Agile teams to enhance customer experience while reducing costs. Previous roles include Senior Consultant/Product Manager and Senior Consultant/Product Owner, focusing on translating business vision into technical requirements and maximizing value delivered by product teams. Gagnon also has a background in operations project management and customer care, demonstrating strengths in process improvement and fraud prevention. Prior to Lincoln Financial Group, Gagnon worked as a Substitute Teacher and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Heritage Preservation and Public History from Georgia State University.
