Efrain Figueroa

Efrain Figueroa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and youth counseling. Currently serving as a Youth Counselor Supervisor at Lincoln Hall since June 2022, Efrain works with Spanish-speaking youth, preparing them for life in the United States. Previously, as Executive Director at New Life of NYC from September 2011 to December 2021, Efrain managed an after-school program focused on at-risk youth across multiple sites in New York City. Efrain has also held leadership roles as Executive Director at Glad Tidings A/G and Lead Pastor, where responsibilities included preaching, outreach, and church administration. Additionally, experience includes serving as Associate Pastor at Bellrose Assembly of God, and Director of the Dream Center in South Bend, Indiana, overseeing community outreach initiatives. Efrain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Central Bible College and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Bronx Community College.
