Nicole Osborne

Nicole Osborne has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nicole is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Lincoln Hills Development Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same organization from August 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Lincoln Hills Development Corporation, they worked at Lincoln Hills Development Corp as the Human Resources and Development Coordinator from August 2016 to August 2020 and as the Secretary III from January 2016 to August 2016. Nicole also has experience as a Support Services Coordinator at Perry County Memorial Hospital from June 2013 to January 2016 and as an Executive Assistant at IU Health West Hospital from August 2011 to June 2013, in addition to previously holding the role of Administrative Assistant from November 2004 to August 2011.

Nicole Osborne completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Nicole attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
