Cef Frank Cooper

Frank Cooper, CEF, has extensive experience in the metal finishing industry, currently holding the position of Project Integration metal finisher at Lincoln Industries since May 1986. In this role, Frank specializes in prototyping, developing, and training others in various metal finishing techniques, including polishing, electro-plating, and coatings. Prior experience includes working as an operator at Delux Mfg, focusing on the construction of electrical control panels and sheet metal for agricultural grain dryers, and as a glazier at Platte Valley Glass, where Frank conducted automotive and residential glass repairs. Additionally, an apprenticeship at North Platte Electric involved residential and commercial electrical repairs and new construction. Frank's educational background includes studies at Kearney State and North Platte St Patricks, as well as SSE.
