Chris Steffens

Chris Steffens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Intern at Junior Achievement of Lincoln. Chris then worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Hotels in 2005-2006. In 2006, they interned at Duncan Aviation in sales and marketing roles. Chris joined Global Innovation and Strategy Center in 2007 as a Student Trainee, involved in distributing credible information in the Sahel region of Africa. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Smart Chicken, initially as a Sales and Process Analyst, then as a Control Room Manager, and finally as an Operations Planning Manager. Since 2013, they have been associated with Lincoln Industries, starting as a Senior Account Representative and progressing to Senior Account Manager, Segment Manager, and currently serving as the Director of Sourcing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic account management, supply chain optimization, sales forecasting, and team leadership.

Chris Steffens has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Chris obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Fort Hays State University from 2001 to 2004. Chris'seducation journey started at Cloud County Community College in 2000, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or field of study at this institution.
