Arica Young

Arica Young, PhD, LEED AP BD-C is currently serving as the Associate Director for Underserved Mortgage Market Coalition (UMMC) and I'm HOME at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Arica has a wealth of experience in housing policy, trade relations, project management, and business development. Arica has held various roles in different organizations such as Up for Growth, Bipartisan Policy Center, International Trade Administration, Dewberry, and Design Growth Group LLC. With a Ph.D. in Planning, Governance, and Globalization from Virginia Tech, Arica has a strong background in economics, foreign relations, and project coordination.
