George McCarthy

George McCarthy is the current President and CEO at Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Prior to their current position, George worked as a Director at the Ford Foundation in the Metropolitan Opportunity Unit. McCarthy has a background in economics and has held various roles such as Senior Program Officer, Senior Research Associate, Professor of Economics, and Resident Scholar at different institutions. George holds a PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
