Lisa Marie Gala

Lisa Marie Gala, MBA, JD, is a highly experienced professional specializing in land use, real estate development finance, and public sector leadership. Currently serving as a Lincoln Vibrant Communities Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Lisa addresses critical challenges in urban development, focusing on housing, climate readiness, and social equity. As the founder of Land & Cities, LLC, Lisa provides advisory consulting and project management services within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector. Additional roles include senior advisory board member for City Space Architecture, expert consultant for OnFrontiers, and previous positions as redevelopment manager for the City of El Paso and executive advisor fellow in the City of Indianapolis Mayor's Office. Lisa holds multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School and an MBA from Stephens College.
