Ron Rakow

Ron Rakow is currently a Consulting Principal at Muddy River Advisors, LLC and Pleasant Lake Advisors, providing real estate and personal property advisory services to various clients. As a Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, ron collaborates on research projects to advance property tax policy and valuation practices nationally and internationally. Previously, Ron served as Commissioner for the City of Boston, where ron implemented market-based assessments for properties and improved the efficiency and financial performance of the Department. ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston University.
