Brian Sherman

Brian Sherman, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Structured Products at Lincoln International since March 2023, where expertise includes valuing esoteric financial instruments and achieving significant revenue growth. Previously, Brian held roles at DB Fitzpatrick as a Fixed Income Trader, managing a $1.3 billion portfolio and collaborating on compliance and trade ideation, and at Freddie Mac as a Loan Portfolio Management & Structuring Manager, overseeing the issuance of over $50 billion in structured securitizations. Prior experience includes a position as a Capital Markets Analyst at Fannie Mae, where contributions were made to maintain the integrity of a $3 trillion MBS program, and as a Portfolio Manager for the Wake Forest Student Fund. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.
